• Loyalty points will accrue when you have your membership card swiped every time you make a purchase at a point of sale terminal within the Club i.e. Food and Beverages. (Please note that Bistro Ashfield purchases are excluded)
• You will also earn loyalty points when you swipe your membership card in the kiosk.
• You will also earn loyalty points every time you Play.

Swipe your membership card at our Kiosks that are located at the entrance to the Club lounge area and follow the prompts accordingly.

One Loyalty point equals ten cents

• 1 point = $0.10 for example
• 100 points = $10.00
• 111 points = $11.10

You can use your points for purchases throughout the club including food and beverages, raffle tickets and membership renewals. Your points can also be redeemed for shopping vouchers at reception.

Please note that unused points accumulated throughout the previous twelve months for Gold, Silver and Bronze Members will be reset on the 30th June of each year. The points for the Platinum Members do not reset, they accumulate each year.

There are several membership durations: 1 year for $5, 5 years for $13, and 10 years for $23. (These give access to various perks like vouchers etc.)

Yes. Club Ashfield runs regular promotions that members can take part in. Examples include:

• Monday Members Cash Draws (swipe your card at the kiosk to get a ticket) 
• Tuesday night raffles 
• Wednesday night trivia with prizes 
• Friday night voucher raffles and Sunday night meat‑tray & voucher raffles

You’re automatically enrolled in the Loyalty Rewards Program when you become a Member of Club Ashfield. 

Points are earned each time you swipe your membership card at a POS terminal in the Club. 

There are different membership tiers (Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum), which are assigned quarterly based on points earned in the previous 3 months. 

Benefits include discounts in the Bistro and Bar Lounge, beverage discounts, birthday vouchers, access to the courtesy bus service, meal vouchers, tray service, etc. depending on your tier.
